The Bougainvillea Blossom is a small, private retreat. We treat your details the way we treat the house, with care, and never as a commodity.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide (and your name, if you choose to share it). That is all we ask for, and all we need to write to you when a stay opens up.
We do not use third-party analytics trackers beyond the platform’s essential operational logs, and we do not sell or share your details with any advertiser.
How we use it
Your email is used for one purpose: to contact you personally about availability at The Bougainvillea Blossom. No newsletters, no promotional offers, no lists passed on.
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep those messages for as long as needed to respond and to honour any booking that follows.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are retained until you ask us to remove them, or for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely at any time. Write to hello@bougainvilleablossom.com and we will respond within 30 days.
