Terms of Stay

These terms describe how The Bougainvillea Blossom offers and manages stays and waitlist enquiries. They are kept deliberately short, in plain language.
The retreat
The Bougainvillea Blossom is a private retreat in Subathu, Himachal Pradesh. Guests may book a single room or the whole house. Stays are offered by invitation and availability only; no booking is confirmed until we have written to you personally and received your acceptance.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist expresses interest only. It does not reserve a date, guarantee availability, or create any obligation on either side. We will write to you when a window opens.
Bookings & payment
Once a stay is offered and accepted, separate booking terms, including dates, tariff, and cancellation, are agreed in writing before any payment. No payment is taken through this website.
Conduct
The retreat is a quiet, private home in the hills. We reserve the right to decline or conclude a stay where conduct is incompatible with the house, its staff, or the surrounding community.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued interest in the waitlist after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
